More about our story and what led us to create Azura’s...

Misha and Cat met and fell in love in 2016 in Los Angeles, California where Misha grew up and where Catherine (Cat) was living at the time. Once we were married and ready to find a long term place to live that would be healthy for our budding family, we moved here to Chattanooga in 2023. Cat has roots in Tennessee as she grew up in the Nashville area and lived in Chattanooga in her early 20s. She was happy to share this gem of a place with her beloved Misha, who now loves calling Chattanooga his home too! 

When we moved here we noticed that we wished there were more restaurants and food choices that were organic in this area, something we missed from living in LA area that was more available there. We were also inspired by living in Hawaii for a year and seeing the joy of having fresh picked, delicious, and nutritious fruit readily available there. You will find that we love farmers markets and having locally fresh grown options with smaller farm’s care. So, we put our passion into this project and decided to be part of the solution of bringing more healthy, organic, yummy options to this area with local and regional fruits and ingredients when we can. 

When creating this project we envisioned what we would want in a food truck in our community. We are blessed to be here and it's our pleasure to share Azura’s with you. We hope you enjoy!
